1. Advance Payment & Booking Confirmation
A booking will be considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received. Once paid, the booking advance is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you wish to cancel or reschedule your booking, you must inform Maval Agri Tourism at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date. The booking may be rescheduled to an available date within 15 days of the original booking date, subject to availability. The advance amount will not be refunded.
3. Damage to Property
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to rooms, furniture, equipment, property or other facilities during their visit. The applicable repair or replacement cost will be charged to the guest.
4. Late Check-out
Guests must vacate the property/room by the specified check-out time. A ₹2,000 late check-out charge will be applicable if check-out is delayed beyond the specified time.
5. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their own valuables and personal belongings. Maval Agri Tourism will not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, subject to applicable law.
6. River & Water Safety
Guests must not enter the river or natural water areas without permission. Guests must ensure that an authorized guide/staff member is present before entering the water or participating in water activities. All safety instructions must be followed.
7. Boating & Kayaking Safety
Life jackets and other required safety equipment must be used during boating and kayaking. Guests must follow the instructions given by Maval Agri Tourism staff/guide at all times.
8. Children’s Safety
Children must remain under the supervision of their parents or responsible guardians, especially near the swimming pool, river and other water activity areas.
9. Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to follow property rules and staff safety instructions and behave responsibly during their stay. Activities may be restricted or stopped if safety conditions require it.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By making an advance payment and confirming a booking with Maval Agri Tourism, the guest acknowledges and agrees to these Booking Terms & Conditions.
